I ordered this four weeks ago and it still has not arrived. According to the website, it says it was shipped.
I have tried contacting them a week ago, but still have not had a reply.
I'm not pointing the finger, I'm just making sure people know that this might happen to them.
I'll update when/if it arrives.

that code is definately a referal code you using. the original one didnt have usd. i think this is suspect. I used 'ArtsCow99centsdeal' the first time i heard about this. y would they say "onlyoneusdgift" if its not $1 its 99c. just saying its fishy.

that is not mine. i found it on reddit as i write. It is normal coupon. if you think it's advertising, search - perhaps you will find that it is advertising - but i dont think so. i think they just create awesome deal.

U can make only one purchase on IP. Use any proxy serever or try second coupon

You can change easily IP no reason to use proxy, just by switching on and off router, just remember to delete cookies or use different browser, but what is wrong if I make a new account and buy another thing? is against their term or not? or I will be able to buy for 1$ again in the first account? I can just put my brother's name instead of mine, if needed.
