No. It just needs to have at least five entries to give CV.

Region restricted giveaways now require 5 entries or more to increase levels.

ohh, thanks, I missed this one ;p was not aware since I very rarely do region restricted GAs (only when I get region restricted gift from somewhere ;p), but good to know ;) I thought 5 Entries Rule do not apply to Public GAs no matter region ;)

You need 5 entries to get CV in a private giveaway. Maybe they're bundled too.

You can use this to see how CV. Note that until a game is marked received it doesn't count.
