Hello Puzzle Solvers!
This is my 3rd puzzle. This time I won't write hints, tips and posts. Just you and my riddle. I think it's not too hard for those who solved some puzzles before.

First some informations about puzzle and prizes.
You are going to start here. Lets call it 1st stage. When you figure out what to do you'll get to 2nd stage. After solving it you'll reach 3rd stage. The last one. There will be link (not plain of course) to main giveaway.
But it is not the only game in this puzzle! There are two hidden giveaways!
I tell you what they are:
Main giveaway - Hitman: Absolution.
Hidden giveaways are - DiRT Showdown and The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut.

Well, I made mistake and forgot write one question. Here it is:

What is the speed of "Dervish" after first engine upgrade?

SOLUTION

You start with two images. First one is a code, second is a key to decode it. Just change first letter (or number) to second one. Repeat that for every pair. After that you have proper hexadecimal string. Just change it to normal text (use google if you dont know how to do it).
