Most games have 500-1,000 entries. Most people are going to feel hard done by after (at most) 100 tries. So the reality is that most people who only 'casually' visit this site are going to feel unlucky.
Now if the forum only had a rep system, filters could target people who really deserved to win... for example, "people with at least 5 +rated posts" AND "people with no wins yet." That might encourage better and more frequent posting... but it would also be complicated to implement and I don't know whether it would be worth the admins' trouble.

I know some people get Steam/Origin/whatever keys via Reddit. I got Lucid from there. Still, 10k copies of Faerie simply returned to the devs. Shame that somehow a lot of people missed this very easy giveaway, I squeezed 15 hours out of this game.

same, maybe i should've just gotten it from here so I'd have one win on my page and feel better about myself :(, nah. I want my first to be meaningful :)

So where can i join this group? 500 + entries 0 wins.

Whoo. I'm almost up to 1000 without a win. I still love you guys, though.

I think this is a good idea myself. Just let people set the limits of how many wins and/or entries someone has. Maybe even include the option to allow people who haven't won in over so many entires. So people with 10 wins could still enter if they hadn't won in over 1000 entries or something like that.
Would be a neat feature and would love to see it implemented. Might also have the bonus effect of forcing people to enter only give aways they care about as they wouldn't want to loose their no win status on something they'd never play.

From the way where SG is going and how the community is in an uproar I'm not sure how long this can last... :X
Maybe after all the bundles are over will we actually see some change in the order of things, but after about 200 entries I won my first game, it just takes time. Just make sure you are active on the forums and if you feel like it, give a game away as well (don't ever feel obligated to do it though).

You've got a long ways to go my friends lol.
But yea cut the guy some slack, he's only been here a few days. Few months would be different.
The only way "loser" giveaways will happen is with private groups. Which is the only way it should happen also.

Hy!
I propose making an option to initiate giveaways for people who have not won anything for a number of xxxx giveaways...
'Cause you cannot feel a little sorry for someone who entered e.g. 1000 giveaways and has 0 wins..
I'm not proposing the numbers for someone to be eligible,i'm letting it to the site-administrators if will be accepted/implemented...
Thank you for reading this.
Edit: Seems i'm being harassed 'bout not being a contributor, i will be soon, i just discovered the site.
Please don't loose the main idea here.
