You are few months too late, now that we have worldwide region locks (you could buy preorder for ~20Eur). Right now only chance is to look for some trader who maybe still have Ru Old region free gift, but I wouldn't have high hopes for that.

ahh, my bad then ;p The Witcher Trilogy was 20Eur and it was the one I bought for GA instead ;p Because t had the same item ID in all regions and I was afraid they may pull retroactive region lock instead of just tagging RU Old.
btw, your memory of all these details never stops to wonder me :D: it's like 3rd or 4th time I see you correcting me on these little things that happened months before :D:

So far only seen 42$ in the trading section for Paypal. Really want the game, and I know that the GoG.com version is slightly cheaper, but having a Steam version, personally, a lot better than in a different system.
