I'm looking for like a choose your own adventure time game where you are given a set of options and they could either lead to your death or something amazing - Kind of like that Cinderella story that have recently released on steam - Pretty cool anyways. If anyone have any sites or games or something of that sort please tell me :3.

Also I don't mean like bioware games - Let's face it, they've stopped actually making dialog matter anymore I believe since Jade Empire. But I actually mean Choose your own adventure games :).

Your choices really don't mean much in that game
(MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD)
No matter what you do, in episode 3, Carley/Doug still die and Lilly still leaves the group. There is no way to prevent leaving the motel or Duck's death, nor Katjaa's. If you choose to push Omid off the bridge onto the train, he breaks his leg. If you let him jump, he breaks his leg. In episode 2, no matter what you say you go to the dairy and you have no option but to snoop about and discover the family's cannibal ways. While in the forest, you come across Jolene, a crazed woman. There is no way to save her life, as choosing to try and talk her down just gets her shot in the face. In the meat locker, no matter who you side with, Larry dies. Even if you spare Andrew and Danny, it doesn't change any outcome, and it is implied they are eaten alive, anyways. Further back, in episode 1, there is no way to save Shawn, meaning there is no way to stay on the farm, nor reject the ride to Macon with that coward, Kenny. In Macon, you have no choice but to find the medicine for Larry. In the ensuing panic, either Carley or Doug die, which doesn't change shit, seeing as Lilly caps them in the face anyways.
(SPOILERS END HERE)
Still a pretty emotional game, though. Story is well done, and you get invested in it, even if the game lies to you about choice.

Episode Three did kind of piss me off in that matter but I kinda jumped onto that boat already knowing that it would be more about the story rather than what little game play elements there are. I love the game though; for me, story keeps me playing longer than game play does.

Do you mean games with different endings?

Because I know a couple of those.

Alpha Protocol fits what you're looking for, I think. Lots of opportunities to shape the story through dialog choices.

[edit]: Oooh, and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. I always forget that one for some reason.

Planescape: Torment would be perfect for you. It puts a lot of emphasis on choice, and the choices actually matter, unlike a lot of games today. Not to mention the amazing story and characters. Combat is ass, as is the pathfinding, and there's A LOT of reading (people call it "The book you can play" for a reason), but if you can deal with those, this is the pinnacle of story based games.

Not so much games with different endings, But more of a Choose x go to page x type of thing - Alpha Protocol would be nice, except I couldn't force myself to play it again XD And Vampires I loved that , But in the end - ALl choices led to like 3-4 different endings. =( And I will check out Planescape - I should of said it was for PC only since I do not have a Ps3 xD. But yes, One day I will play heavy rain.

I absolutely share your views on Bioware, though for that short time I played it Dragon Age seemed okay.

As far as recommendations go, I'd recommend an old adventure game called Blade Runner. It is very complex and frustrating, but it has some of the best writing out there, and if you're anything like me, you'll be easily immersed within it. It has multiple paths pretty much along the game, but beware because there are stances where you can force yourself into unwinnable situations (such as clues disappearing if you didn't see them the first time, etc).

Another recommendation is Fahrenheit or Indigo Prophecy. It's a rollercoaster ride filled with quick time events (not frustrating ones) and choices you need to make throughout the game. Only played it once but my ending turned out really depressing so I'll definitely play it more.

I don't know how old you are, but maybe you remember the "Choose your own adventure" books. In particular, the Lone Wolf series.

Well if you're interested, check out Project Aon to download all the books for free (legally). I also remember a small program acting like an electronic character sheet to keep track of all your skills and abilities, just look around.
