I've rewatched the final part over and over again trying to find a clue about who died. The audio is pretty useless, no name is being screamed, neither "Maggie" nor "Glenn". It's mainly Negan talking, "Ho oh, would you look at that. Taking it like a champ!", and in the background is generic screaming "oh" and "no" mainly.
From the video and the way Negan moves (unless they are continuity errors) it is most likely someone on Rick's left side. Judging by how the shadow moves right in the last shot of Rick (unless continuity error). Also characters on Rick's right side would have to have the camper in the background when they're being killed (could be another continuity error since their should also be people from Negan's group). Glenn and Eugene are the only ones at a slight angle so they might not have the camper or people in their background. Most likely candidate is Eugene, he only gets picked once by Negan during "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe", second possibility would be Aaron (my first choice in the original viewing but after many reviewing Eugene is much more likely). Third possibility would be Glenn, but he's rather far away from him when Negan ends his game. I really hate that they didn't show it, it adds nothing to the episode or show, that was a really cheezy move. I hope someone will spoil it.
Edit: Negan is terrible at playing "eeny, meeny, miny, moe" by the way, not because of the killing but he seems to randomly pick or jump over people whenever he feels like it.

It's not that Negan is bad at it, it was done on purpose. Notice that there are some who were picked but weren't shown by the camera. The producers wanted us to feel confused, as confused as the actors are. That's what a cliffhanger is.
The theory going around right now, is that even AMC didn't decide who to kill yet, because they "care" for their fans and don't want to kill someone loved by us. That's why a 6 months break to know who died is enough for them to choose based on the statistics they'll gather(Everyone now is saying they want Glenn to die, while I want Carl to die because Judith died in the comics and seeing her grow might replace Carl).

Supposedly Carl gets pretty badass later in the comics and you could hear Negan saying something among the lines: "If anyone tries anything feed the boys other eye to his father".

Haha, I know because of the way they showed the last shots of people out of sequence, still I say he's bad at it :p I know, I calculated that in, every character is shown atleast once, every character is also picked atleast twice (if you count the ones that weren't shown to be picked by the way he walks back and forth and where he stops) except for Eugene. Eugene for me is the most likely choice judging by the visual information, and he's also the only one who had a goodbye moment in this episode. But the show isn't really know for being consistent so they could also be goof ups from the director and it could be anyone. Personally I hope it's Glenn because that's what happens in the comics. At the very least it better be a popular character otherwise it's an even cheaper move.
That's a somewhat logical theory but I don't buy it. They've run the show for 6 seasons, they know who's popular and who isn't (killing of Aaron, Rosita, Sasha or even Eugene wouldn't upset a lot of people, most people would be ok with Abraham too I guess). Also they start shooting season 7 in one month, and they said they will pick off exactly where they left of. So it seems likely they already shot the scene. They also stated they hope people will understand after they see the next episode. So for me it really seems like they already know who it is and what happens next.
Poor Carl he's finally starting to become a badass :p I think Judith is too young, but hey watching a toddler fighting walkers would be cool :p

I say next season will be veeery good season for Daryl, as Negan referenced him as "the tiger" in his pick. Regardless of the fact, that Negan will kill the weak of the group considering his sentences, "Catch the tiger from his toe".

I'm also ok with anyone dying but that's because I've lost much of my interest for the show. I just hope they do it right and kill someone of significance and not another person no one really cares about. I think the Negan arc could make the show much more interesting to watch again (for me). I do think they cast the absolute perfect actor to play Negan. It'll be interesting to see where it goes. I do hope someone finds out who got killed soon (within a month probably) and spoils it for those that want to know. I really can't see how not knowing who got killed could possibly be interesting for the next season.

Plus I'm pretty sure he gave out their location under pressure (that's how they knew we're to corner them), and this would be his way of reediming himself and keeping his dignity.

"Taking it like a champ" Is a direct quote from the comic (refering to Glenn) so it doesn't really tell you anything. Most of Negan's speech is almost exactly quoted from the comic (without all the "fucking" references) and somewhat added/redacted to fit the show's differences from the comic.

Probably was Daryl or Abraham, because they and Carl were the only that don't show fear, and that can explain the Negan's words, for other hand Daryl and Dwight have their troubles and this could be obstacle for the developing of this character in the story (if the events are develops like the comic)...
The ubication of Negan can give us clues too... in the side where he was stand had four characters: Glen (but he was exposed when Maggie was threat), Rosita (was practicaly ignored), Daryl, Michone (I not think that the producers and Kirkman kills this character) and Abraham...
if they follow the comic's script is Glen
if they want some dramatic is Daryl
if they want surprise us is Michonne
and if they want troll us is Abraham (is a good character but is not a emotionally strong like the others)

The "taking it like a champ" line could take out all women. I see it more suitable for a manly figure like Abraham or somemone who's trying to be it like Eugene. Also I don't think it was Daryl as he was already injured, so why bother?
When Negan say to make eat Carl' eye to Rick it could mean that the person that got killed was near Carl and he could freak out for it, so could be Aaron or Eugene, but Aaron is too useless to die in such a tense and dramatic season ending.

The "Maggie" you hear in the youtube video is actually Negan saying "that" (Oh, would you look at that! Because it's slowed down so much it sounds distorted). I also noticed the RV but both Glenn and Eugene are at an angle where it wouldn't show up for either (assuming it's not an error which it most probably is). The last picture is completely wrong, that's not how Negan plays "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe". Eugene or Glenn seem to be the most likely though.

Edit: After figuring out a way to watch it. I think he makes some good points. I did not notice that Negan moves his bat to the right when he mentions "the boy" or the shot of Glenn being very similar to the comic book one. But the counting game is obviously very flawed, depending on how you split the words you can basically pick anyone to be "it" so that's pretty unsubstantial evidence. From the way they showed the last scene, Eugene seems the most likely to me. But Glenn also makes a lot of sense so I'm torn between the two, but I'll still go with Eugene with Glenn being a close second. I also find the POV theory very interesting (it supports Glenn or Michone being the one who's killed). But the Abraham and Daryl theories also have some merit. But so far I haven't seen any conclusive evidence for any theory.
