It has to be someone important so - Rick/Daryl/Glenn/Carl/Michonne/Maggie. Rick is the main character so it won't be him, it won't be Carl either as he will have just lost his eye and gone badass. Probably not Maggie as her Lucillement wouldn't have a really big impact right now and she gets somewhat important in the future. Probably not Michonne either as she has an interesting storyline in the future and is also getting a Telltale game. That leaves Glenn and Daryl. I think it's gonna be Daryl so that they confirm that nobody is safe in TWD plus if it was Glenn it'd be too predictable. I don't think anyone else is in danger of being Lucilled as their Lucillement wouldn't have the shock value that is needed for Negan's introduction.

They want us to fear Negan and I wouldn't really care that much if he Lucilles Abraham (at least not as much as Rick/Daryl/Glenn/Carl/Michonne/Maggie). Imo it has to be someone that's been around for longer, but we'll see.
