I'm surprised KH has such a following. I loved the first one and through it was great, the crossover between Disney characters and Final Fantasy characters was such a novel idea and I was surprised how well it all worked together.
Then they shifted to focus on the KH original characters and did a whole bunch of offshoots. I played KH3 and couldn't believe how boring I found it all outside of the visuals and music. And it looks like 4 will continue down that path. I'm honestly not trying to make fun, I just don't get the appeal, but good for those that did enjoy it as you get more of it.

I don't know. Looking at Kingdom Hearts 4 trailer reminded me of someone else who tried the same in mixing character design with real world design..:
