... find out whom is whom from Steamgifts over on Steam ? I mean , there were some cases in which I had to add the winner but the name here didn't lead me nowhere over on Steam.

Get Enhanced Steam add on and then check their profile page, there are links to their steamrep, steamgifts and steamtrades profiles.

or..just check their profile and click Steam Profile: "Click here"

Or find out their Steam ID, and use that to find them on SG.
For example: My ID is 76561198021603755. So you'd type http://www.steamgifts.com/user/id/76561198021603755.

That's your profile permalink code, or your steamID64 :D

A steamID is something like

STEAM_0:1:30669013 (yours).

If you're just adding the winner, go to their Steamgifts profile and click the link to their Steam profile.

when you go to the steamgifts profile page it's upper left/mid. you should see their name then 2 lines down a link to their steam profile.

Have you tried clicking on their username, which leads to their Sgifts profile, where you see a nice link titled "Steam Profile > Clickh ere"??
