Why didn't they release a new Humble Bundle this Tuesday ?
Well they don't really add new bundles every week lately, maybe because new bundles could steal the spotlight for the Humble Monthly, or that's my guess at least.

for me The Witness is one of the absolute best games of 2016, so i wouldn't say it sucks.

Because Humble needs to actually get keys from developers willing to do bundles, sometimes they need to take a week off just for the sake of not burning through everything too quickly. It has nothing to do with all the "it's about Humble Monthly" conspiracy stuff, they just need to take a break, or else before long they're putting out stuff on roughly the same level of quality as IndieGala.

Yep, I'd say there is a good chance that the answer to this question is here.
Seems that for some reason the bundle in question was delayed (or cancelled), but the newsletter still followed through to potential customers.

Buying from Humble isn't really the problem but I think the last time with the Capcom Playstation Bundle you needed an american PSN account to activate them. How would I go about that ? Simply create a PSN account over PC using VPN ? And is there a way to activate keys over PC as well or how would that work ?

It's really easy to make a PSN account of other regions, I have like 5 just in case there are special sales in different regions (Or Sony fucks up again and we get free games).
How would I go about that?
All you used to need was an email and an address of that country (google can help). You don't even need a VPN, you just pick the country.
And is there a way to activate keys over PC as well or how would that work ?
