You should contact them to give you the right key though, and mark if as not received if they cant replace the key. You also can request for the giveaway to be deleted.
You shouldnt mark it as received if you didnt receive the game.

i just checked your first win and earth 2150 trilogy only consist of one game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/253880/Earth_2150_Trilogy/
the giveaway creator might create the wrong giveaway then. in this case, they also can request for the giveaway to be changed to the correct one, although i'm not sure how well it will fare with multiple winners.
that being said, you still shouldn't mark it as received if you don't get the same game as what you are being given to avoid things like this. if you don't want to bother the giveaway creator, you also can buy the game yourself as an alternative.

Earth 2150 Trilogy includes EARTH 2150 Escape from the Blue Planet, The Moon Project and Lost Souls! I didn’t want to put a minus, because I activated the key Earth 2140, even if it was erroneous ... it would be dishonest in relation to the distributor

Earth 2150 is not earth 2140. As i said before, you can ask the giveaway creator to change the giveaway to earth 2140, ask them for the right key, delete the giveaway, or even buy the game yourself. But since it seems that you dont want to do any of that, i'll just leave it as it is.

because you might get suspended for it
its part of the rules of SG. please read again if youre unsure about it.
but i can tell you: marking it wrongly as received even though you did not receive that specific game, makes you a rule breaker and you might get punished if someone reports this.
so better take action now

in the guidelines:
Winning
- Won gifts must be activated on the Steam account used during registration, and they cannot be regifted, traded, sold, or removed from your Steam account after activation.
- Allow the giveaway creator one week to send the gift. Please be patient and do not contact them during this time. If the gift is not received after one week, you may contact the giveaway creator on Steam to follow-up.
- Winners will need to correctly mark their gift as received or not received within one week of the gift being marked as sent by the giveaway creator. It is also necessary to keep this feedback up-to-date if the status of the gift changes.
- If you are selected as the winner of a giveaway and then your account is suspended, the giveaway creator has the option to request a new winner.
in the FAQ:
- If I win a game, can I regift, trade, sell, or remove it from my Steam account?
According to our guidelines, no, all games you win must remain activated and redeemed on the Steam account you used during registration. Failure to activate games you have received will result in a suspension.- When should I mark a gift I won as "Received" or "Not Received"?
You should only mark a gift as "Received" when you have both (i) received the exact game described in the giveaway, and (ii) activated that game on the Steam account you used during registration. In all other instances you should mark the gift as "Not Received" one week after the giveaway has ended.

what you can do:
if they dont provide a new key:

Giveaway not available now. I, as a winner, received a key and to find out what was there, I had to activate it, and now I have to solve this system problem on my own. It is wonderful. What are the chances that they will send me what I need? It turns out the situation when I thanked for the giveaway, but now I changed my mind.

you didnt understand correctly...
so what happened is: you won GA, got a key, activated it, but it was the wrong game. instead of telling the creator that, you just marked as received.
well... just tell him now. tell him that you received the wrong game. maybe they made a mistake and maybe they have another one or they can buy another one. that is the creators resposibility to to give you a key to the correct game.
anyway... there is no harm in telling them.
if they dont have one - this is what most likely is the case - you can do the other steps i told you about:
if they dont provide a new key:
- change feedback to "not received"
if its too long ago and the option is greyed out, the you can create a ticket for changing feedback explaining the situation. you also may link this discussion for that.- contact the GA creator and ask them for deletion of the GA.
in case of multiple copies, they can make a ticket for just removing 1 copy. though this might take a while.- buy the game yourself
though i dont really agree with a winner having to do this because the gifter failed to gift, but its up to you.- leave it as is, but face the consequences.
suspension, no entry in groups or SGTools protected GAs, rerolls, stigma, bad reputation, etc.
you can make a ticket with "other".
but its important to tell the creator first about it
also there is no need to delete your account. if you do then you wont be able to make a new account for 1 year i believe. and frankly i dont think its worth it in any case.

no this would not be fraud nor extortion.
asking is not demanding.
they were the ones making a mistake, there is nothing wrong with telling them about it and trying to find a solution for it together.
also generally...
if you ever have a problem with a key again, always communicate with the creator, as soon as possible.
maybe they just made an honest mistake, copy/pasted the wrong key from a huge list, or the seller made a mistake and they could work it out with them.
but i think it is morally wrong for the winner to be punished just because of a mistake

Yes, I agree. But the dealer will almost certainly have to be punished, because it is not profitable for him to buy a key for me. I got a game, albeit not the one he claimed, I'm happy with everything, but I have to punish him for it according to the rules. maybe we should give users the opportunity to regulate such problems themselves?
In any case, I now have a bad opinion of myself and feel like a scumbag. I knew that the key was wrong, but it was my first win and I was happy with everything

well the problem is, that there are ppl out there who would abuse this, which is why the rules are so strict in that regard.
if everyone was honest, the world would be a better place

they wont ban you for this, but they can suspend you. the penalty is a few days up to a month.
only if you repeat this too many times, they might ban you. not sure how many is the limit though.
and like i said, the system is in place because there are other people out there who are abusing this site. which is why rules are needed.
but i too think that the rules and the consequences should be more clearly stated in the guidelines

It is just like what AiKirika said. It is not just for joining a group, but for your safety as well. There are other options beside those two too. The most easiest one is to buy the game yourself if you dont want to make a fuss about it.
