You do know that calling out people here is not going to result in anything but a suspension just for you for breaking SG rules. Wouldn't it be better to just report them at SteamRep and move on ?

Calling out is against the rules, I'd remove that link if I were you.
May sound harsh, but be happy that you only got scammed for like 2$. Really small price to pay to be more careful in the future.

Calling out (posting another user's profile link and/or name) is forbidden. Who knows if you are saying the truth? (Not saying you are lying here!) Create a support ticket instead and delete the link and name as soon as possible, mods suspend very fast for breaking this rule.

Not allowed to call out people. Even if you were scammed by who you say, not all people that would make such topics have the correct person (as some scammers will impersonate well known users) or could even be lying to start a witchhunt against someone who does deserve it.

As Delta said, scammers often rename their accounts and then link to other people's profiles, so that when they do actually scam someone the blame is misdirected to a normal user. On top of this, some people simply lie about these things to retaliate for other non-trade matters.

Sorry that you got scammed, but calling out is against the rules.

He bought LiS with your key, it seems so. Never trust a VAC Exclusive Platinum Premium Club member.

VAC ban in itself means little. A fresh one like that though can raise some red flags.

Why are you trading with someone who was VAC banned just a month ago anyways?

Report the person here, not in a random forum. Not to mention that very few traders go to these parts of the forum so the warning would be moot anyway. And if you trade with someone, just check their SteamRep profile. Especially as long as you rep is so low that you would have to go first all the time.
