Is ther any way to calculate the ratio between these two? I want to enter a SG tools protected giveaway, but it says my ratio is too low. it got me thinking i have 2€ laying around my steam wallet so i thought i could buy a game and give it away however dunno if it will be enough to boost my ratio. Any suggestions?

I assume you mean Real CV ratio?
Go to http://www.sgtools.info/real-cv, input your SG username and write down your real CV numbers for Won and Sent, separately. Then calculate the ratio between those two numbers.
Then try again after adding the value of the game you are thinking of giving, and see if you hit the target ratio. Alternatively, solve the equation for target ratio as the unknown variable to calculate exactly how much you need to spend. Remember to account for bundled games.
If you are talking about RAW value ratio, then you can simply look at your account page on SteamGifts since that's what it'll show.
If you are talking about # of gifts ratio, then you can simply look at your account page and count.

your current numerical ratio is 18:30 in other words 0.6. Knowing that you can easilly calculate how many games you have to deliver to get desired ratio. SGT can also use Value Ratio (same story) or Real CV ratio - in 2nd case check your real CV on SGT: http://www.sgtools.info/sent/Anknownlolz/newestfirst http://www.sgtools.info/won/Anknownlolz/newestfirst and calculate how much real value you gotta give away too meet criteria

Your sent is 53.20 http://www.sgtools.info/sent/Anknownlolz
your won is 90.75 http://www.sgtools.info/won/Anknownlolz
So 2€ won't get you anywhere.

It depends on how you spend it and the actual requirements of the giveaway in question. In terms of real CV he could obtain up to €20 non-bundled value with €2 wallet, which would bring his real CV ratio from 0.6 to above 0.8. It's also enough to bring his # of gifts ratio up to above 1:1 since that'd require 12 games of any value, which is possible to get with €2.

It's possible to get that with €2 off a bundle site, but not through steam. if it's in steam wallet, then I doubt it'll be possible to get more than 6 games.

Not through the Steam store itself, but assuming you have access to the marketplace you can obtain trade value for more than enough to cover 12 games, although you'd have to first wait 7 days to bypass the trade restriction and then find a way to convert the trade value to games. It's possible but requires some time and effort ^^
