Does the user deserve punishment?
I'm curious, shouldn't this kind of public shaming be considered breaking the "no calling out" rule?
I mean, I get that technically it isn't because there are no SG rules being broken, but wasn't the whole point of the "no calling out" rule to avoid witch hunting, which is what these kind of thread intend to do?
I'm not defending or supporting either side, but I feel like this kind of concern should be taken offline and privately. Nothing good can come of publicly shaming a SG user for doing/not doing something.

Chances are very high you have been reported, just saying. :X
Better edit out the juicy parts of your main post.

There's really no need to make such threads. If you have an issue with another user, then try sorting it out with them instead of creating a thread about it.

it has been a full year since the event and nothing has come from the user ozo2003 except a consolation prize by another user. Ozo2003 has closed the thread hoping it would have been forgotten i guess? I thought something else would have come up by now, but instead the thread is closed?
Here is the event in question:

FYI: Three demerits and you'll receive a citation, Five citations and you're looking at a violation, Four of those and you'll receive a verbal warning. Keep it up, and you're looking at a written warning. Two of those, that'll land you in a world of hurt in the form of a disciplinary review written up by me and placed on the desk of my immediate superior.
