I Entered a giveaway for supraball

i did not have the game when i entered the giveaway..!!
I got the same game key in a gleam key giveaway.!!
Now a confused what to do or what to do not do..!!

Did you win it yet? Is it still open?

If it's open just remove your entry. Otherwise contact the creator for a reroll.

The proper thing would be to leave a comment that you acquired the game from other means so they should reroll

The one that created the giveaway, he's the one that has to submit a ticket to support. Just leave a comment at the giveaway page, many others have done so already

The giveaway creator has to ask for a re-roll, but he needs your permission to do so. So just leave a comment on the giveaway stating that you can't accept the gift, because you already have it. He can then ask support for a re-roll - if he doesn't do that, then mark the giveaway as not received (available after a week) and leave the key alone. You are not allowed to give won keys to a friend.

this will be hard to as you got the game for free and enterd before it become for free its not a nice thing to ask for a re roll and mess up the creators C.V .. you should of removed your entry if you had got it on gleam

Since it was a 10k giveaway I think asking for a reroll is not gonna work. Just activate it, keep the other key for a friend or give it away (without a giveaway, I mean like a key drop).
