Automatically create links to Steam store for games in posts (ie. for SteamTrades)?

I've done just a small bit of digging, and hopefully I didn't miss it on this site itself, but what I'd like to be able to do (specifically for SteamTrades) is post my alphabetized games list and have it automatically link to the appropriate Steam store page for said game. The alternative is manually doing the markdown for each game which I'd prefer to avoid.

Based on my limited experience, I figured maybe their was a dedicated site, or script even, that would allow for this.
