Getting the DLC for 0 zł was the intended use of the promotion. Hoarding 12 copies and submitting them to SteamGifts in order to boost one's contribution amount by $120, on the other hand, is definitely not. That, and not you yourself getting it, is what SG refers to as an exploit.
