Steam doesn't listen to the community to begin with so that's where you need to start.

Its definitely idling,
Not make sense tho, 2 weeks = 14 days = 14x24= 336 hour
FYI:Steam allow user to run more than one game at a time, all of them counted to statistic hours played.

This will surely end in reduced prices, and apologies all round from Gaben & Co.

Online petitions are the best way possible to achieve results. Of that there is no doubt.

While you're at it, why not set up an online petition to get rid of cancer, force-feed Bill O'Reilly's testicles to flesh-eating guinea pigs in front of a live TV audience, and eradicate the nasty gristly bits in cheap sausages?

No. There's plenty of poor countries in europe, either make tier 3 or do nothing.

There are a couple of problems with this petition.

First of all, it doesn't mention that Romania is expected to adopt the Euro in 2019 or 2020, so it's unlikely, and indeed pointless, for Valve to start charging us in Lei at this point in time.

Second of all, as far as I'm aware, it's the publishers that set the prices on Steam, so the petition should be targeted at the publishers instead of Valve.
Furthermore, in the EU, Steam prices are split into Tier 1 (highest priced) and Tier 2 (lowest priced). Romania is in Tier 2, but you wouldn't know it, because the majority of publishers sell their games at Tier 1 prices regardless, as a quick look on SteamPrices demonstrates.

In conclusion, pricing on Steam is crap, and publishers need to be compelled to respect the tiered system in order for that to change.

Also, vote with your wallet. Do not buy games from publishers who fuck over Tier 2 countries.
