The GG pack does not contain those 3 items. The right thing to do, in my opinion, is to offer to gift those three separately, as I did with my giveaway of this. Whether that's strictly required under SG rules, I'm not sure.

AFAAIK youc ant buy the classics on their ownm they be part of the SS£ deluxe upgrade, which may be why tehre no keys for them

Steamgifts.
If they do not receive what was listed, then they can absolutely mark it as "not received". If you said you'll give them the Serious Sam Complete Pack and they do not receive all the contents of the Complete Pack, then they did not receive it.

Not true. I don't know whether this GG set contains individual steam keys or a single for all, but your statement is blatantly false for other cases. For example, Magicka Collection, Killing Floor Bundle, King Arthur Collection, etc have multiple versions depending on what DLC is included. There is only a single entry in the giveaway list. As long as you state what exactly is in the bundle, you are fine.

That makes sense in the situation of Magicka Collection as it's a single key and you have no other options.
As these are separate keys, the appropriate way in my opinion would be to give them away in individual giveaways. Listing it as Serious Sam Complete would be a blatant attempt to receive a bit more contribution value.

Yeah, I noted that I didn't know if this would give individual keys or not. My assumption was not, so I guess I'm wrong.

Actually the individual games are worth more than the pack, but yeah, if GG gives you individual keys for each game, give them away separately. If they give you a single key, then mention in the description what's missing. Support doesn't respond too fast to requests of this kind and besides, we're talking about 2 games that are essentially the same as Serious Sam HD: The First and The Second Encounter, but with worse graphics, so there's not much point to them, and a silly DLC.

The only three items that aren't on the bundle list are SS HD First and Second Encounter along with Jewel of the Nile DLC so it'd only be $45 contribution as opposed to $95. Although you get $63 worth of bundle contribution which would make it pretty close in the end.

2 solutions:
no need to ask support

Also worth noting that GG's Serious Sam Double D is DRM-free according to the individual store page.
And if GG's version of SS3 was the Deluxe ver, that at least would solve the missing SS Classic's.

Double D might be DRM-free if you bought it individually, but the pack does include a Steam code for all of the games. Regarding SS3, I haven't activated the code but I'm 99% certain it's the regular version. So once you add the two classic games and one missing DLC a la carte, the GG pack is about $0.21 cheaper than the Steam pack, or about the same price after international credit card fees are factored in. It's still better to buy there though if you're a regular customer of Gamersgate because you get a few blue coins.

A WARNING ABOUT STEAM'S COMPLETE PACK:
It says it includes Serious Sam 3: BFE, but it actually includes Serious Sam 3: BFE Deluxe. I bought the Deluxe Upgrade extra (just 2 bucks) only to find I couldn't use it.

Does anyone know if the Gamersgate Complete pack contains the two classic games and Legend of the Beast DLC like the Steam version does?
Gamersgate only lists these games:
But Steam also has the three extras I mentioned:
If someone were to win a Gamersgate copy, would they be within their rights to mark the gift not received if they didn't get all of the items it's supposed to contain as outlined on Steam (since this is Steamgifts and all)? I'm just wondering how this would work, because the GG version is cheaper and people might be more inclined to buy it. But is that fair to people who were expecting the extra games/dlc, even if the gifter didn't know the extra content was missing? What do you think?
