I can't make giveaway ! sent support ticket but no asnwer in 4 day !

first of all: you can't do anything but send a support ticket and wait (which you already did).

second: the reason you can't create more giveaways is indeed because you've got too many deleted giveaways already.

the maximum number of giveaways you can create is calculated as follows:
3 + ( 1/3 * number of successfully delivered giveaways ) - (number of deleted giveaways) - (number of your open giveaways)

if we put in your numbers we get:
3 + (1/3 * 1) - 3 - 0 = 1/3

since the number gets rounded down, you can currently create zero giveaways.

again, the solution is to ask the mods to give you more giveaway slots.

all you can do is wait for support to fixs it if they decide to do so. You start with 3 GA slots on SG. Each deleted GA takes away 1 Slot. You had 3 Deleted GAs with only one completed GA, so you lost all your Slots.

Patience, the mods on this site are volunteers, they aren't paid to sit down every day and read (mostly ungrateful) tickets all day :P

Just be patient, most of my tickets doesn't get answered instantly either.

I have the same problem. I sent them a ticket about 3 days ago because I can't create a giveaway, but no answer yet.
