I just saw a post on Reddit, stating that the "exhausted" keys for Slay. One and Glass Masquerade will not be restocked.

You can however contact Humble Bundle support and get "Murderous Pursuits" instead.

I posted them this back:
ROFL, yes I hacked your website and rewrote it so it now has the option: Gift to a friend. Hahaha, this made my weekend. You are telling me YOU make an option on YOUR website that breaks YOUR own TOS. lol

That's not what it is. I got the same reply, and it was because I broke TOS by giving away my Overwatch key.

what? really?

Yup. Other than that, I have only given away keys to close family in recent times, and Humble confirmed that that falls under personal use. (In the past i have given away giftlinks here and elsewhere, but that was long ago and Humble never had an issue with that; I stopped that years ago when the first reports surfaced of Humble considering that against TOS.)

Support all but confirmed that it was my trading of the Overwatch key, and that their idea of "personal use" is very narrow and probably only includes "family in the same household".

(I traded the Overwatch key, even though I knew Humble wouldn't like it, because when I subscribed to the Monthly a year ago, it was guaranteed to have Steam keys for all games except for the Humble Original; they quietly amended the FAQ after they broke that promise with Destiny; so I felt justified in trading it away for something on Steam. This was after reminding Humble of their promised and asking them 2 months ago to replace my Destiny key with a Prototype 2 one or $5 wallet, like they offered to countries where Destiny wasn't available, to which their answer was "lol nope, you can pause". Well, I didn't want to pause, I wanted to be done with my yearly sub as soon as possible.)

Yep, not Slay. One or Glass Masquerade, only Murderous Pursuits, which I'm not interested

... And I really wanted Glass Masquerade, too. Been on my wishlist since I first saw it T^T

I suppose this is marginally better than if they simply waited for the key redemption time to expire, though, giving hope and then snatching it away... I'll just... just think like that.

Like how they did with Tiny Bang Story, which did not even have a time limit when I claimed the key, then expired before I actually got a key ;)

(The handling of that was what I complained about in the ticket. I did not ask for compensation, only for Tiny Bang Story to be removed from my Purchases list because temporary keys (that I didn't even get) should not be in there. Nonetheless, I got the reply quoted elsewhere in the thread: "No compensation for you, bad trader, bad". Glad my yearly sub is up, time to consider cancelling...)

Love the expiries. Fair enough that you'd want it removed from the Purchases tab, too, but I guess it's always the copy-paste response, eh? Addressing something like that would take a human reading the tickets :P

i was told that they are unable to remove directly, not sure why but that was what they said

That's fair. Just sucks that vuorikissa didn't even get a response to that same question -- not the right response anyway :S

I did, but it sure took a lot more time and effort from my end than it was probably worth ;>

And that's just the latest in a long line of bad support experiences with them over the past year. I'll never not zero out the Humble tip on their normal bundles ever again. (Not that I buy many of those anymore anyway.)

They can, and did remove it from my Purchases tab. (After about 10 emails back and forth before somebody actually read what I wanted.)

i send and both times got replied the same from different person, it's annoying seeing it in library but i got tired of wasting my time replying them. In terms of support, fanatical support is the best for games. I tried different sites but fanatical is on my top of the list, each time i send them, they tried their best to solve it. Humble support should work on their support staff imho

Fully agree. Fanatical has been my #1 bundle site for a while, support and all. (#1 store goes to Gamesplanet, though ;))

The one remaining good thing about Humble is that with their regular bundles I can give 100% to charity (or split between charity and devs) and 0% to Humble. But I kinda expect that to change too at some point in the future ...

Came here to paste this myself ;) Thanks for looking out for us!

(I already had Tiny Bang Story (bought years ago), but I told the person I would have given my Humble key to. Now if only Murderous Pursuits were free on Steam next, that was the only one I wanted from the whole Humble promotion...)

I bought Tiny Bang Story too years ago from a friend's recommendation. Guess it's time to finally play it.
Why don't you send them a ticket for the games you didn't receive during summer sale and ask for Murderous Pursuit? They are giving it away as compensation after all.
I was foolish enough to spend 10$ to get Murderous Pursuits but hey, I had some wallet and got dome nice games I wanted in the store, but definitely wouldn't have spent 10$ exactly.

I did, but since I traded my Overwatch key, I broke their TOS and am "not eligible for compensation".

And that is why I paused my monthly. Offering a non-Steam game already owned by the majority of the people who would want it and then penalizing them for giving it away, yeah, that's bad business.

Yup. I'm so glad this month is the last in my yearly subscription (that I did just before the IGN thing was announced, and before you got 20$ wallet for it (which I then wasn't eligible for)). And when I subscribed, their FAQ stated clearly that all games (except the Humble original) were Steam keys; it was only changed after they had Destiny as the headliner.

It will probably free on steam eventually, but if you intend to play it now, you can have the one I got.

Thanks for reaching out to Humble Bundle Customer Support.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we don’t have anymore keys available for Meadow and Glass Masquerade. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes, and I hope we're able to make it up to you with future deals on great games.

Needless to say, I sent them a pretty disappointed reply -_-

Well in the op it was already mentioned people could only get a key for Murderous Pursuits, so why i asked in my mail right away for a key for that, they even gave me 2 keys. Could have done that in that reply if you didn't already sent it. :/

And people getting accused of trading, guess i got Lucky.

i sent a ticket demanding 500 keys for the psychological damage they did to me, it has been impossible to work today due to the antileech measures they put in their store ;_;

i deserve those free +1s! 😠

Why stop at 500 keys? Why not 5000 keys?? 50000 keys??? I sent Humble an angry e-letter demanding they provide me ASAP with ALL THE KEYS. That will show them not to mess with me in the future!

Well, I got Murderous Pursuits, which is barely better than nothing. To be fair, I wasn't interested in Slay one. But the Glass Masquerade hurts.

Got Murderous Pursuits, which was oddly the thing I wanted from the whole deal. After their past performance, I hadn't trusted them enough to make a $10 purchase to get the stamps for it, so this actually worked out better. I'm a sucker for The Ship, less so for The Ship: Remasted, and I don't expect this one to be great either, I know no one will play it, but hey, it's better than buying it. I ran around the levels for 30 minutes and can see where it could be a fun game with a group of people, but alas, no groups of people to be found. I'm not sure where I'm going with this post. shrug
