To conclude everything and appease everyone: We're planning to extend/move the promotion day - it's also in our best interest that the most people could make use of that deal.
About "banning" customers from outside of the Poland - that was done already, because even though People are not allowed to buy games from outside of Poland territory that traffic was a huge load on our servers.
If someone made an order and didn't get the confirmation - please be patient, we're 100% sure that it's going to be fixed and the game/key delivered. Sorry for all the troubles.

Just take a minute to think about it, how would Steam know where you ordered the game from?

You think they have all the keys organized by store and country of origin? How is it different than someone from Poland buying the game for you or trading it to you or any other country for that matter?

Steam maybe doesn't, but developer should have such database, to be able to revoke keys, when somebody make chargeback.

Some authorized store are allowed to disable steam keys. I asked GMG before if they can revoke and disable unredeemed steam keys assuming that my GMG got hacked and they said yes

Well, apparently I now live in Krakow on Krolewska street. :D (it's just 150km away anyway) I wasn't sure whether to fill in the account details, but at least I managed to register and log in. Can't get to pay for the damn thing though.

Damn, got a little problem here, received an email stating Thank you for your order etc, etc and they are awaiting my payment. But due to crashes it didn't get through and I have no idea how to restart the paypal payment process :F

And it's not like they doing me a favor, it's a shop and they will make money out of it. So i'm a client in a shop, and i have right to be angry if i didn't managed to buy anything for whole bloody day, even when i was waving hand full of money and shelves were filled with stuff to sell.

But from what i read on their facebook when they start again all games will be region locked so hopefully there won't be hordes of ppl.

It's not really their fault though that so many people wanted to buy games at once. Nothing's perfect, especially websites.

Yeah it's temporary. They said that they wany polish ppl to be happy so, for 6 days of this promotion will be games only for polish ppl, and after that they will turn back Paypal option for rest of the countries.

Exactly how? Half of the games were region locked anyway (Xcom was prolly 2nd most sought after B2 and it was region locked). It's better to lock it all then trying to explain to people that is not their fault that they bought game on foreign site, in language they don't understand, and in currency they never heard of and they expect it to work
