Since you are lvl 8, I don't know if you are trolling or just trying to find excuses, but the answer is this: If you got a key from a giveaway, where a lot of copies were given away, you shouldn't create a giveaway for it, because it will get disabled soon. Mass GAs are always announced here, and on /r/freegamefinders or any other Steam group specifically for them.

Theoretically all the giveaways that've been up since the ORLY giveaway went live, have been deleted- I can testify to that, having entered several of them. :P
Seems to be more a delay in having someone with enough site power adding it to the right list, than any intent to exclude it from the normal rules.

The question is can the key be used in steamgifts giveaways? The game is still given out at orlygift, but most keys are already been given away. I saw tens of people doing giveaways with that and they all been accepted and most completed. I can try to obtain the key and use it here? (I ask admin confirmation since I have my doubts due ToS rules).
