I stayed alone but sometimes I'm afraid that something bad will happen like burglars, fire or even an earthquake. Any advice on getting over this phobia?

Invite a friend. Think "I'M TOUGH!".

Actually, I always wanted my parents to leave for a few hours so I could do what I want. When I was 7, for the first time my parents left me alone at home for a whole day. It was quite fun to be free (not like I've spent whole time playing video games :P).

You'll get over it, unless you're old.

How old are you (I'm genuinely asking)?
Burglars; lock the doors, have 112/911 on speed dial and rehearse the speech what to say, just in case.
Fire; try to 'play' the scenario in your head of you being in every part of the house, and fire starting from every part of the house, mentally plan your route, just in case.
Earthquake; seek cover.

Don't be afraid of 'what if', be prepared for IF. It should ease your mind a bit, when you know you're as prepared as you can be.

Well, maybe all three would happen at once and save the day? Like a fire could start when a burglar breaks in, scares 'em off, then an earthquake drops some debris on the fire, putting it out?

I doubt being with someone will help much against fire or earthquake. Burglar? just get gun and/or learn martial arts.

Watch Saww III then play some Amnesia, should help you feel less scared being alone in your house GUARANTEED or you get some free cake if it doesn't.

Jerk off, if your hormones can't get you out of a fear, nothing else will.

keep a gun or knives with you..
i normally purposely leave at least one entrance to the house unlocked, just so i have an excuse, but i guess that's just me..

or if you want, get a pet dog to keep you company.. make it a big dog

Keep your lights on, definitely play music through some speakers, not headphones. Create an atmosphere that makes you feel less alone. If you have a pet, spend time with it. Distract yourself with TV, and each time you stay home alone and nothing bad happens, remind yourself of that.
