Other than rationalize it and realize that it's highly unlikely that any of that will actually happen? No, sorry. Though that is a good way to do it.

What he said....but if that isn't to your tase an alternative way is to just be ready for any of those things, buy a gasmask, and bullet proof vest online, grab some zombie gear, maybe commission some full plate(only 3k for custom fitted that can stop a crossbow last time I checked) learn to make and use primitive weapons and tools in the bush, study lockpicking online, make a go bag, learn to rig boobytraps ect.

Assume fetal position in a corner where your back will be to wall so if anything/anyone tries to sneak up on you, you can see them/it.
Or just relax, grab some soda and something to eat, make a sandwich and enjoy the fact that you're finally alone. Turn on TV, play some games, read a book or get some well deserved sleep. Trust me, you'll learn to appreciate those rare moments of loneliness soon enough.

I also have a fear of being alone at home , not because of robbers and stuff like that but because i'm afraid the bloc's toilet pipe will clog and me living at the ground floor , all piss and poop of everyone from the bloc comes out in my bathroom .

fight it by putting yourself in the situation you're afraid of. I mean you should perhaps leave a door unlocked, just for one night, so that you'll see nothing happens, then the rest of the times you'll feel better. Like kickformoney, I'd say you should rationalize.
Think "why would burglars come in MY home, they would most likely be attracted to houses in rich neighbourhood". fire ? you'd have time to escape. earthquake ? °_° is the place where you live in a high-risk zone ? If not... go watch a scary movie with alien abductions or anything so you get to fear something else.

My advise is that you should go to a mental doctor...or read more of the hobby doctor stuff here.

just remember to lock the doors always. Check your gas, windows and doors before leaving the house or going to sleep.
do maintenance at your house to prevent fires or other hazards.
know your your local stations number so you can call them in case there's fire or other trouble.
Know what to do in case of calamities like earthquakes, tsunami or fire.
and remember to pray.

to whomever he wishes, what difference is it to you. It doesnt affect you in anyway so lay off it.

Its about a persons personal beliefs. Your belief may be that there is no higher power and that deserves as much respect as his belief that there is a higher power. If you cant understand all that then you dont need to be commenting in the first place.

People that don't believe in a higher power are mostly more intolerant regarding such opinions than people who do, sadly :/

yep and they usually dont even realize that spewing their rants of "there is nothing" is the same "shoving down the throats" that they always want to call out others for.

Funny thing is... I am religious.
In Joker's words: Played you like a violin, then cut your strings... :)
What I meant in first place is, why mention praying at all? Isn't that what you're just saying now - shoving it down someone's throat because you think he needs to pray? Is it mandatory for him to pray? Or should he just do it, you know, because you say so? What if he is an atheist? Or he doesn't pray? Does that exclude him from real religious people? Or is he still a part of certain religion? But wait, I'm not done, if he does pray, to whom should he pray? Your God? Mine? Or his God? Should he pray my way or your way or, perhaps, his way?
See the variables? Good. Maybe you'll understand what I was trying to say.

I too am religious so i understand but its just over the top. the guy made a suggestion that the OP should pray, i would hope anyone has enough of a mind of their own to take tha tand do what they want with it without a 3rd party asking "why" . he didnt say he had to do anything so why raise all the questions you just mentioned at all. It boils down to people have the freedom to say and do as they will (most of the time) so whether you, myself or anyone doesn't or does like it makes no difference. the problem then is that this freedom brings about as many problems as it does liberties. as in you can say what you said if you like and whether i like it or not it doesnt matter, and it goes both ways.

just think of how useless another person would be if there was an earthquake or a fire or burglars. :)

I stayed alone but sometimes I'm afraid that something bad will happen like burglars, fire or even an earthquake. Any advice on getting over this phobia?
