I'm level 69 currently and only seem to get one maybe every couple months. I'm eligible for maybe ~500 games?
I do have lots of games I still need to get my drops from, but I don't want ASF to idle them all, haha.

New member to the "never got one" club. Level 13, and I fit the requirements I know of:
"You are now eligible for a booster pack
Once you have received all of your card drops, you become eligible for a booster pack containing 3 additional cards. Booster packs are granted randomly to eligible users as more badges are crafted by members of the community. Make sure you log in to Steam each week to maintain eligibility."
I only learned about the percentages every 10 levels just a few minutes ago reading this thread.
Edit: Oof, read the comment above and yeah, I didn't notice it was a necro.

Yeah, of course; luck-based, just like this website. ^^'
But we were talking about how often, and since I never got even one, it could be that I am actually not eligible for some reason.

Woah, and you're 48... No wonder I never got one, lol.

It usually happen more around sales event as a lot of people hold on to cards to craft badges around these times so the number of booster pack drops increase but yeah I guess you need to level up.
I think I only got a few but tbh I don't pay attention so I can't really tell how many. It was around sales though

Yeah, I only learned today that crafting badges before/during sales will give you cards instead of coupons (forgot if it's "will" or "might"). Good thing I didn't craft any yet...

I don't believe Steam here that they really give a Booster Pack to a random person for a game every time someone crafts a badge for it.
The drop rate for me and other people I talked about it is just too constant. For me it's every 2-3 days, regardless if there is a sale or not.

Well, fully necro'd at this point. I only get one a year at most.

I'm level 320 with 991 games that can drop boosters for me and id say i get one at least once a week

Level 237 with 5161 games eligible for booster packs drops booster packs 2-3 times a week.

I've completed a badge before where the booster drop triggered then went to myself, and I'm like but I don't need the cards now heh

i never really get them but my level is not very high

Level 74
Been on steam 6 or 7 years? Not sure how to figure that one out
Over 2000 games (Bought a shit tonne of bundles and redeemed them all, before I realised i could just give away the ones i don't want)
130 eligible games
Don't recall ever getting one single drop.
Is there something obvious i am missing, is it because most of the games I play tend to be puzzle games which have lower sales?

You can see the age of your account in badges, you're 8 years old rn, will be 9 this july.
I don't have as many games, I'm also half your level, buuut I did get 3 boosters (in the last three years). For the most random games also! It was some random clicker games. I think the game is random, they say that it generates a pack for every badge crafted, the booster is randomly allocated, but who knows if that's true. (edit, no, it's not random, there's a lotto for every game, so yeah, it's likely the puzzle games don't have badges crafted that often)

I'm lever 44 with a lot of eligible games but I have never received a pack in my life. Is there some reason for it?

I've gotten 13 packs since the last big sale. I would guess it's around one every one or two weeks.
From what I'm reading here it seems to be a factor to have as many eligible games as possible, because my level is not significantly high (54), but my game count is (around 3500, and most of them idled for the cards).
I'm wondering where I can see how many eligible games I have. I just see a dropdown list, but no number to it.

i can't say i have had any in like over a year and my son hasn't had any for maybe that long also

My Steam profile is at level 14 and I can't even remember when was the last time I got a booster pack. What about you guys, how often do you receive booster packs?
