How much time do I have to wait for support answer on steamgifts?

A decade should do

Seeing as how the new site is less then a day old, expect at least a few days to a week wait. Why? Because staff have to get use to the new setup. They have redone the support section so it should help get rid of stuff faster, but again its all new so gonna take them time to figure things out and get into a rhythm.

I was half expecting this to be someone trying to scratch off an item from the "to do list"
