Gift Not Received - Nothing I can Do?

Hi... So, I won this

And I still haven't receieved it. No email, no Friends Invite. Nothing. Invited him to Friends and no reply. Marked the game as not received. But is that all I can do? Are there no repercussions for the guy I won it off of? Fair enough if not (like people creating fake/wrong giveaways. Just one of those things), but still sucks. :(

Submitted a ticket. Don't think it'll get me the game, since I think you guys are right - he must've either traded it or activated it. But still something. Thanks. :)

If you check his games, he won a L4D, but haven't got it listed, meaning he traded it away.

I think he activated it himself or found out you cant give away activated stuff since he has it himself and played only little.
