How long does a support reply take?

Right now, the wait can be rather significant if you are unlucky. Only a handful of Support members left and they have more to do in life than respond to tickets. It has resulted in a backlog they are doing their best to go through.

I've had tickets answered in minutes, but also have a three month old ticket on a beggar. Sad thing with that last one, he stopped using the site a few weeks ago, so a suspension won't change much. :(

You'll be waiting a while

Usually a support reply takes about twice as long as a supply report...

It could take from a couple of hours to a couple of centuries. It's all about luck really.

As far as I remember the support ticket system on steamgifts leads to the black abyss...

Nobody is able to read them :D Or did they fix that?
