Some of those weren't too bad. They're not so helpful as to tell you what the game is about. Or any issues, if any, that the game has. But the user tends to pick aspects that they seem to feel are worth knowing.

Yeah, there are people who go around and write negative 1 word reviews for 2000+ different games. There are people who post ascii penises as reviews. This one at least has some + and some - or whatever.

I see that lots of people make those kind of reviews. Probably even I did with some game.
Bottom line is that I don't care. I won't stay and write a 1 page review about a game. Most of the time I don't write reviews at all even if I like the game or not. It just seems pointless to do so cause I don't care about other people and what they may like or no. Everyone has the right to a different opinion.
Now in your case, If you randomly messaged me saying something that has no connection to trading I would have blocked you as well.
From my point of view If you don't have any connection with that person and you just randomly stumbled across it, you are a complete jerk and a troll for taking your time and downvote every review. Some people may like that format since they don't need to spend a lot of time reading it. If you don't like a review you can downvote, but going through peoples profiles and downvoting everything seems just silly and childish. Those reviews are much better than most of what I see on Steam, which seem to rival YouTube comments in how stupid they can be.
My vote for the worst reviewer on Steam? This person has almost a dozen pages worth of only putting a single period as a review. And that's assume that this is the only person doing that.

I wouldn't say she's the worst reviewer, and I mean, sticking to a pattern isn't bad, but it could be more informative, which is all I rally have an issue with.
Being indie is an appeal to some, so I don't mind her including that.
But she shares her honest opinion, which is better than most reviews.
