Looks at her reviews, I'd say they're on the helpful side, and certainly not the worst I've read. You cherry picked things you disliked, but overall I'd say these are a minor part of the reviews. These are certainly not in-depth reviews, but for someone wanting a tl;dr of someone's opinion, they're fine.

And right now, I'm downvoting all her reviews, because I'm stupid bastard.

In that case I will upvote all her reviews. What are you actually trying to accomplish here? I wish more Steam members would review every game they play -- no matter how. Also "are basically copy-paste" or " feels somehow similar", what are you even suggesting here? I find this whole topic suggestive, not objective at all. I don't know what your issue is with her, but get over it and don't be a bully.

Damn, and I thought my 178 reviews was a somewhat impressive number.

Hope you feeling better. I personally try my best to write all my review as a responsible gamer to seriously recommend or not a game that I played.I find it good practice for my english and connected to the rest of my community. But A lot of other people don't have time and energy like a serious reviewer and they do 1 line review or use it as a channel to throw out their frustration at life so there are really a lot bad reviews out there.

Somtime because it's so bad it's even making the game's front list because of it... If you dislike a review or reviewed.. just vote thumb down and read other ones. Pay no attentions to the bad apples and look for good apples.

I have seen that reviewer in various places. He's lazy and unhelpful.

That said, I don't think much of Steam reviews in general, even though I write a few myself.

The problem is that for obscure indie games, they are the only source of reviews anywhere online, and having to sift through nonsense is irritating.

Steam reviews are just opinions... she is giving her own opinions... you can think her opinions are badly expressed and stuff, but you should really downvote those who copy her reviews as their own. That's what is truly nasty

I prefer a hundred time more this kind of review than "I rate 8/8 gr8t blablabla bullshit" or fake review "nah i didn't like :)" while clearly the game has 1000+ hours. Both don't actually help at all. Her reviews follow the same scheme, they're not copy/paste. Why can't she give her opinion ? It's not like she thumb up or down everygame like crazy, she just give her opinion.
You're a jerk, to think your opinion is more valuable then hers, and thumbdown every review she made. And by looking the last 100 review you made (no time to lose to go further), almost all of your review are negatives. You're just a sad person.

Yella is a good friend of mine on steam, she is a very nice person.
I think you should spend less time caring about her reviews and spend some time looking at yourself and why this triggers you so much.

What amazes me is the number of people that offer unsolicited scathing critiques of user reviews. The psychology is completely alien to me - I just don't understand what they hope to gain from the exercise. I don't believe that there are that many masochists out there that actually want people to think that they are loathsome, stupid people, so I can only imagine that there is some profound ignorance accompanying a misguided self-image of intellectual superiority that combines with a flash of inspiration to make Steam User Review comments some sort of Fisher Price My First Internet Trolling Ground, replete with novice errors. It doesn't matter how well researched your arguments or how advanced your debating skills, you cannot speak with authority on somebody else's personal opinion, and to argue over it is completely counterproductive. Commenting on and entering into debate about a review legitimises the very opinion that they are attempting to belittle. If they genuinely dislike the review and aim to have it buried, a simple downvote would be a far more effective way to achieve this. Furthermore, every argument they make not only advertises their petty, vindictive character but also potentially exposes other intellectual shortcomings ('Tis better to keep quiet and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt).

First of all I promised myself I will not answer to your embarrassing thread, but lately many people contact me and ask me to do it because they want my opinion to be public.
Secondly, I saw your thread from the day you made and the reason why I didn't say a thing is because your words means nothing to me. The opinions that matter are those from my friends and not from carping people like you. I'm not upset on you, I don't consume myself on people who don't deserve.

And this is all I have to say. I review those games for me, not for money or attention. The only one that is looking for attention is you, and congrats, now you have it but unfortunately it's not in your favour. applause
