Which guys are more helpful?
Have ye had any horror stories that left a sour taste in yer mouth when dealing with either of em?

it took 18 days for steam support to send automated response to my problem.yea.. i'l go with origin is better.

I like Origin's support much more, because I asked them about getting me a free digital copy of the Battlefield 1942 games because my disks were corrupt, but I still had the keys, and they gave me Battlefield 2 Complete Collection. So I came out with a better game than I had.

TBH steam support sucks..they never responded to me...ever..origin support is way better..watch out valve
