Being a gamer for over a decade, I'd say not a single one.

mfw I'm just delusional.

I unlocked all hHalf-Life 2 achievement, episode One, episode Two, portal 2 , TF2 I Has more than 170 achievements unlocked

Only one yet (Serious Sam: Double D), but I'm sure I could beat the 2 last achievements in Nimbus.

I've 100% only few games:

The Binding of Isaac, Braid, LIMBO, World of Goo

I have also 2 games with only 1 achievement left - Super Meat Boy and Plants vs Zombies. And currently I'm working on Aquaria and Blocks that Matter, and to be honest this is nightmare, because Aquaria is HUGE and BtM is HARD :P

Beat Hazard before Ultra update, MW2, Black Ops singleplayer, Portal, Portal 2, gonna finish a few more soon like MW3, Sonic Generations, Magicka when I'll get new dlc and more stuff.

I never got all the achievments in a single game XD

Had almost all achievements in InFAMOUS, that's probably my favorite out of the 2 infamous games. Infamous 2 had stronger story, Infamous had stronger gameplay imo.

Half-life² (I have one left but it is buggy, I should have it already), Half-life²: Episode One & Episode Two, Just Cause 2, Mafia II, Plants vs. Zombies, Portal, RUSH ("Coming Soon!" achievement missing), The Maw, The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, The Wonderful End of the World, Trine.

12 games. :)

Oblivion, a long long time ago before any DLC came out

I never pay much attention to achievements, so probably zero. ¯\(°_o)/¯

Not that much, TBH.
On steam: Left 4 Dead, Half-Life 2, Episode One, Episode Two, The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom and NyxQuest.
On GFWL: Quantum of Solace and Resident Evil 5.
I must say, I'm proud of myself for getting the "Untouchables" achievement in Left 4 Dead on Expert, by accident.

Over 40 on PS3 :)

Not a single one. I don't like doing meaningless, often boring tasks for the sake of getting an achievement, like running around an empty sandbox world collecting stupid objects (I'm looking at you, Infamous and Assassin's Creed 2!). It's not fun, like, say, collecting Heart Pieces/Fairies in Majora's Mask. That's a game I might get 100%, even though it does not have any achievements.

I've never completely finished a game ever.

Portal 2...not sure if I have all of them on any other game xD
