I did won but no key

I did won two days ago from the game (DLC) but I didn't see key in my account, still waiting for it. Is that normal?

Or I must waiting, if so for how long? I'm little bit new here. And thank you for all from the different giveaway (many!), it's amazing here :)

When a giveaway has ended, the gift is required to be sent to the winner within one week. - Guidelines. Try to contract gifter after week ended to see whats up, sometimes person cant deliver in time for personal reasons. I once waited for a month, but it was group GA from trusted user.
