There was a button to do this sort of things, below my Insert button, but a cat tore it off and hid it somewhere and I forgot how it was called. Hope this helps!

Need more information if this really is a problem:
1) What OS are you using
2) Are the files you are deleting suspicious files? (as in do you think it is a virus)

Try to remove the files while in safe mode. If you can get them removed in safe mode without an issue then you should re-scan your computer. Also not all antivirus scans remove the same things so it is always a good idea to scan with several different programs such as Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, Spybot S&D, AVG, Avast, and Avira (just to name a few).

Just in case how to boot into Windows 10 Safe Mode

Use the command prompt with elevated admin (right click>run as admin), and use commands to delete the files should work.

Are you trying to delete System32? Maybe you need a file called "Sid Meier's Pirates!™.dll".

Even with all the negativity you receive here in the forum, you still bother to come here and ask for help. I don't know if that's stupidity or something else.

Scan the computer. If the computer starts giving you error messages, hit it with a hammer. Works every time.

He's talking about all those rude users who post troll answers or complain for your non-activated win instead of giving you useful advice. :(

That's because they usually avoid posting in the forums and/or get suspended because they start insulting those who complain about the non-activated wins.

you can delete any files with FastCopy (even those files an admin normally can't delete, because the owner is TrustedInstaller). but make sure you know what you're doing, before deleting random stuff...
