Ref, rec, scrap

Refined metal (ref) is used to trade for items that cost less than a key. It's considered a 'whole' currency or a unit currency.

For example:

• A TF2 item which costs 1.00 is I ref
• An item that costs 1.22 is 1 ref and 2 scrap
• An item that costs 1.33 is 1 ref and 3 scrap or 1 ref and 1 reclaimed (since 3 scraps make 1 reclaimed metal).
• An item that costs 1.99 is rounded off to 2.00 since 3 reclaimed makes 1 ref.
  And so on and so forth.

Basically one scrap metal is written as 0.11, one reclaimed metal is written as 0.33 and one refined metal is written as 1.00

It's confusing at first but you will get the hang of it.
