6 months warranty?
i don't get what you are trying to say...

I assumed you bought it in germany as I can't see any other than a german version of pixmania, meaning you would have full 6 months of do-what-you-want state-based warranty and could fist them pretty hard on either fulfilling their contract or facing legal consequences.
If not so, consult your national laws.
You might as well contact AMD on that case and ask them how funny they think that is. You have those mails as proof?

I bought it on the Portuguese version of the site. But they are all the same.
I have already sent an email to AMD, waiting response.
I will go to "DECO", a portuguese association to protect the consumer and informe my self.
Yes, i allways save important emails.
The truth is that i love the card, but i just want to get my 2 free games, because they are awsome and i don't have the money to buy them...

You need to make sure that Pixmania's stock of coupons were available, you also need to make sure that they are selling graphics card with the promotion, could you link me where you bought your graphics card?

the site it self doesn't talk about the promotion, but i sent them an email before i bought the card to be sure they were part of the promotion, and on AMD's site it says that pixmania is part of the promotion.

Where does it say that? I can't see it.

I'm from Argentina, and i got an ATI HD Radeon 7850 (that came on my new PC), and i didn't got the promo voucher. Supposedly, it should have came with a copy of Bioshock Infinite. (Have in mind that my country is INSIDE the promo, i already checked that on internet)
The problem is that customs didn't let to bring the videocards that had the promos in it, so i got one without it. Still, i got my new PC with a modest discount, and it's pretty awesome.

(thats a portuguese forum, but if you want to take a look you can always use google translate)
so, on that forum some guys were saying that they've bought cards on pixmania, that it took a long time ( 1 month or more) ut they ended up receiving the codes by email.
i will keep fighting until i get what is mine by right.

Tired and didn't go through the replied - but have someone mentioned yet that not all retailers participate in the never settle promotion? i chose my GFX card retailer solely because they guaranteed the never settle bundle (and it was only 5-10 ish dollars more) and i got the promotional pamphlet with the card but the retailer had put it in the shipping box
so the fact they say you will recieve them via email.. is a bit dodgy
Edit:
even though it sounds dodgy, i have used pixmania in the past with no issues tbh

their costumer service headquartes is actually a pre-fabricated steel box somewhere in a romanian village, so that explains why they don't understand sh*t!
clling them is very expensive, and if they can't can't understand an email, how will they understand someone speaking english tho them?
this case is becoming a joke...

I have tried to buy stuff through them twice. The first time they "dispatched" my items and after a month of not receiving it, they said they were out of stock and refunded me. The next time, I had forgotten about the issues previously and ordered a monitor and they sent me the wrong item. I asked them to give me details on how to send the item back to get the one I want, they told me that I received the item I ordered and that was the end of it. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me all the money. I emailed Pix-mania to see if they wanted the item they sent me back (it was a £150 monitor, compared to the £400 one I ordered), and they again never bothered to return my emails, so I sold it on ebay.

Also, I would suggest emailing AMD with your receipt and serial number stating what pixmania are doing (and probably selling the codes seperately). As this is against their reselling rules, they may stop supplying them.

Their prices are very good compared to portuguese stores, but the service and costumer support is just a joke.
I will never buy anything from them again, i rather pay more...
I sent an email to amd explaning the case, but they sayed they have nothing to do with the case, i only have to talk with the store...

So, today i didn't get any response from my previous "ultimatum" email, and a sent a new one explaning every thing very clearly in portuguese, english and.... ROMANIAN! 2hours after that i received an email with my promotional code!
F*cking happy as hell!

I am sure they have a pile of vouchers from AMD.
But they surely hope that people don't ask for them and try to make people "forget" about them...
Glad this is all over, and i hope no one goes trough the same.

Problem solved, thread will be closed.

Just have to share this with people so if someone is thinking about buying their products, to think better.
So, i bought a Sapphire HD 7770 Ghz from pixmania bacause it was cheap and they are part of AMD's "Never Settle" promotion and i would get a free copy of "Far Cry 3" and "Far Cry Blood Dragon".
I received the card but the box was missing the "sleeve", no big deal. But for my surprise, no AMD voucher inside!
I sent pixmania an email and i was told i had to wait 15days (period of time on witch i can ask for a refund), ok i can understand that.
15 days later i sent another email asking for my "codes", and i was told as was going to get them by email in the max time of 1 week.
I waited for 8 days and no email with my "codes"!
For the past 4 days i've been emailing them every day (some times 2/3 emails per day) asking for my "codes" and their emails just sound like "machine" answers, beeing really dodgy about the subject and what not.
Today i got an email from they saying that i was requesting a refund, and i never asked for such thing.
I lost my temper and sent an email thretening them with a formal complaint in the "Consumer Rights Association" and saying that i am not afraid to take them to a court of law. I am still waiting for an answer.
As anyone received their game codes, from this store on any other?
As anyone got any problems with this promotion?
I need to know if i am the only one getting srewed over this....
