Because i see it nowhere i just want to mention that Sid Meier's Civilization V - Gods and Kings is an add-on for Sid Meier's Civilization V. So you need Sid Meier's Civilization V to play it!

And that huge coloured Warning right above the "Add to Cart"-Button that says that you need the Base game to play it isn't enough?

a) the forum can't do anything and people who enter anyways never visit it, write to support
b) the creator can always request a reroll, if the winner doesn't have the base game

Well I own Civ 5 and G&K, so I couldn't tell, so I assume that since it doesnt have that dlc banner it means you can enter even if you don't own Civ 5

and i can enter G&K Ga's even if i already own it beause it does not appear in the steam library
