I used this site a couple of years ago and then stopped. I just recently started again and noticed that for some reason I have two giveaways on my account that are marked as "Not Sent" even though I'm certain I sent the key.

Hum I see, well it will be difficult to determine that you actually sent those keys back then - 2 years are a long time. Unless you have proof - like a screenshot that shows how you give both individuals a key or something like that - I doubt that support will remove those giveaways. But I'm not sure about it.
To resolve the problem you can do two things - contact the winners and give them working keys and kindly ask them to change the feedback to "received" or if you just want more giveaway slots, I'd suggest you make a couple of short termed giveaways to increase the number of giveaway slots fast. I think you get an additional slot for every 3 succesful giveaways not exactly sure about that number

Yeah that sucks, the only reason I think I sent the keys is because the link to redeem them says it's already been redeemed.

Well it looks as if at least one user is still active on this site, so if you can find a cheap copy of that game; give it to him and state your cause , he may actually appreciate the late surprise :D. You wouldn`t be the first one who does that!
But jeah, I think you can't do much other than that to get rid of those "failed giveaways" . Anyway, the other user hasn't logged in for months, so I don't know if he's actually interested in this anymore

Support are generally pretty quick at responding to profile problems. Dealing with regifter etc can take time depending on how busy support are. I suspect they are pretty busy at the moment dealing with all the apollo4x regifters at the moment.

I have an issue with my account that I'd like to get resolved so I can make some giveaways. I created a support ticket a couple days ago but no one has responded yet. I'm willing to be patient I just want to make sure I haven't missed anything.
And yes I understand this is a free service and I'm willing to wait as long as I need to, just making sure I didn't miss any steps :).
