Sure. But someone might have a new game for Christmas...

The game was released on December 23, how should I do that earlier? Jesus, this community is so toxic, no wonder why I never visit these forums...

Yeah-yeah, don't forget to add me to your blacklist. Oh, wait, you already did! 😆

Empty words. How should I check if it's anonymous? Think before typing, please. But you people love to add me to blacklist no matter what I say or even if I don't say anything and just create giveaways. I don't care about being blacklisted, but this clearly shows the toxicity and ungratefulness at least of some part of this community.
Also, why should I create a ticket a week before if my personal experience showed me the last time it took 2 hours? 🤔 You are good at blaming, but if you're not going to help, maybe you shouldn't respond at all? And you are not helping right now.

How self absorbed one has to be to create such a topic and call everyone toxic ?
Want toxic ? No one cares about your shovelware games. Only people who enter your giveaways are bots with autojoiners and people who just want +1 ... You REALLY think you would have made someone glad with that game ?
PS - I do hope you get through to support and get your game added here. But cmon - this is one dumb ass topic you opened. Let the people enjoy holidays. It's their hobby not job to moderate this site.

I get that I shouldn't even have commented at all. But this just seems a butthurt person who thinks world owes everything to them. I think people like that seem to attract such attitude. Toxic or no, in my opinion, nothing incorrect had been said.

Wow you waited 24 hours. Must've been such a hardship.
It's goddamn Christmas and while you're wanting to do something for Christmas they probably are too. Support isn't paid to do what they do (to my knowledge) they're volunteers. Also, have become less active as more staff leave as this site has been up for ages.

No need to be toxic. I definitely could wait for more if the event wasn't going to end soon. I am not complaining either, just wanted to make some people glad.

I am not complaining either
Back in 2017 similar ticket was resolved in 2 hours.
Also as you may know, posting definitely-not-complaining topics won't make tickets being resolved faster. Nor branding a community toxic as soon as they point out that you're acting entitled. (Maybe you had other intentions, but wanting to give so much that you immediately complaining about support not being online dealing with tickets on the same holiday you want celebrate with your giveaway doesn't really send the correct message)
Literally all you have to do is to wait. There is still 10 hours left from the event, and even if the boxes are done, you can make a forum post. I'm pretty sure that it's possible to make a box on some site and share it,if you want to show off a design.

Excuse me, can you differ my personal experience from a complain? 🤔

There are nearly 4000 open tickets https://www.steamgifts.com/stats/community/support.

Well, that's sad. They should automate the addition of new games...

In all fairness, I've got 2 open tickets from years ago. Both have been solved already, but the tickets are still open. Not sure if these get counted in those 4000, but if they are, the amount of actual tickets requiring attention could be a lot less.
Regardless, it might be a good idea for OP to grow some patience. If there's one time where I'd really want the support to just go off the website and be with their family, it would be now.

You can close them too , by clicking the green button on top right. Also thanks, you made me check if I know this right, and found out that I have an open ticket that was a question and got a smol answer to that, just neither of us closed it. So I'll do my part and also reduce the ticket count by one :P

I've created a ticket a day ago to add a game that was recently released on Steam. I wanted to create Christmas gift with it but it seems it's not going to happen. 😒 Back in 2017 similar ticket was resolved in 2 hours.
Update: Wow! This stupidity must end. Why does everyone see a complain while I was just sharing my experience? I didn't demand anything, just asked. Fuck this, never gonna post anything on these forums...
