{help} cant enter Sanctum giveaways due to free to play weekend

i have tryed to sync my account. i really enjoyed the game but do not have the money atm to spend on games. so i was hopeing to be able to win a giveaway but cant enter sais its alredy on my account...http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/QHJc0/sanctum is a 3x giveaway ending in 12 hours ;_(

Sync'd 10 minutes ago and I still can't enter giveaways for Sanctum as it says it exists in my account (and it's tuesday obviously), but CAN enter Sanctum Collection giveways, weird if you ask me...

I'm having the same problem and re-synching didn't help, but at least the giveaway lasts another 12 hours and the free weekend ends in 8 hours.

This happens with every free weekend. You'll have to wait for the free weekend to end and then resync after that point.

There's nothing to do about. Just wait, 8 hrs minimum, 2 weeks maximum.

Free weekend = you have it for a few more hours, relax. i say about 8pm PST GMT-9 UTC-8 you should be alright to re-sync and enter

the problem is because we've resynced. those that havent synced in the last few days (and thus dont have it in their accounts) are the ones that can enter.
