2DS Help with a DS Game

Hello,
I have a 2DS system and I got Pokémon Platinum for Nintendo DS. The game shows up and I try to play it and I get an error.
"An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again."
I tried it few times and I still get the error. I tried without SD card inside - the same.

Do you know how to fix it?

I borrowed Mario Party for DS and it ran normally. This is the only game I got problem :/
