Nuuvem Giveaway

I just discovered that some nuuvem games aren't region locked. If I buy a key to A Story About My Uncle according to SteamDB it will not be region locked, right?

If the answer to this is yes, I will buy A Story About My Uncle and create a giveaway, then if the key is working properly I will create a giveaway up to R$25,00 for games that are region free in Nuuvem. (According to this prices http://www.nuuvem.com/catalog/price/promo, you will be able to choose more than one to complete the R$25). I know it's not that much, but I don't have much money :D

I will edit with the giveaway link as soon as I get the answer.

Some games like Dark Souls 2 and DB bundle are not locked, I'm trying to buy DB but cant confirm the payment by paypal, here is locked the payment system, cant buy if paypal acc is not from Brasil

I read that i'm a spanish fòrum, some People bought it with a brasilian paypal and activate it in Spain without probs

Most games aren't region locked, but the checkout page might be, in that case it'll only accept South American payment methods.

This won't actually be a problem for you, as you're from Brazil.

I can't really tell, since I never tried giving away games that I bought from Nuuvem, but the ones I bought were region free if I recall(it was some time ago, before the region lock even existed).

Now with Steam region locking stuff bought from Brazil, I can't say for sure.
