Windows Store Game Keys

I have a few keys to a game that is redeemable on Windows Store, am I allowed to give those away here or just steam key/gifts?

You can give the keys away on forums, but only steam-redeemable games are allowed as create-able giveaways.

giveaway only for steam keys/gift, in this thread i guess you were free for giveaway... maybe better with riddle/quiz, because ninjas everywhere <3
