I've been waiting a whole month, and i contacted to support and said: "We'll gonna send this week" At this time, im still waiting for my tracking number :(

For what it's worth in my example I got package before even getting shipping/tracking number ;p I waited 3.5 weeks for package, it arrived and trhen 2 days later I got shipping/tracking number... -.- So in general - while items are awesome the shipping sucks major balls.

That's the reason for my comment - not to flex that I got the package and you did not, but to tell you that the fact you have no tracking number may still mean it's already going to you, just that their current shipping system sucks a lot and is all over the place. So tl;dr don't give up hope, it may already be on it's way ;)
