Quick question about GTA IV Complete Edition

So I own a copy of GTA IV on Steam, but I don't know if it is the "complete" or not, so I came to Steam and it said that the game is in my Library. However, there is no game in my inventory name "Episodes from Liberty City", which means I don't own it. Am I right?

I can't see it on your profile, so I'd say you don't own Episodes of Liberty City. It'd show up in your profile as well as your library if you did.
