If you want to see what people have to say about it, rather than wikipedia, read about it on myanimelist (also see the related links under the main summary, and the reviews under the staff list) or another website dedicated to reviews of anime. Personally, I much prefer Panty & Stocking. So do the reviewers (average score of 7.86 vs Boku's 5.79).

Note: PSG and Boku are both rated at least PG-13, if not completely NSFW. Boku is probably much more serious than PSG is (I haven't actually seen Boku, and it doesn't look like something I'm ever likely to watch. I have seen PSG, and I think it's awesome)

they're ok i guess despite being absolutely disgusted with the yaoi genre. I guess boku just went out completely in yaoi genre and created a whole new beast.
