The bug is with Steam, really. If you visit the game's store page, Steam won't have the green bar saying you own it. At least for me.

It's because Steam switched the app ID of the game. If you check your profile, you'll notice it links to app ID 39530, which is no longer available in the Steam store. Painkiller: Black Edition is now listed as app ID 3200.

I reported this to Steam Support a while back, this was their response:

*Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.

We are aware of the problem and are investigating the issue further.*

I'm not expecting anything. It is more of an annoyance than anything else, so I can live with it. I just filtered it out here and forgot about it. I hope this "bug" is not too much for them.
