Red Dead Redemption, pretty much the reason I caved and bought a 360.

Halo 3. If that game was on PC, it'd be all I'd play.
Fucking astounding game. Just imagine the map making community from Halo: Custom Edition at it's prime, but working on Halo 3's engine.
It would quite possibly be the best community-driven game out there.

Mostly; Tales series, Final Fantasy, Uncharted Metal Gear series and a bunch of fighting games (But that would be too long of a list).
I have them already but I think they could of been so much better on PC. Game I'm most looking foward too next year - > Ni No Kuni

Condemned 2 (i don't know if it's good but I really loved the scary Condemned Criminal Origins (Condemned 1). They should really put that game on steam, because i'd give it here on this site :-)
